AMA Supercross 2013 - Round 4 Oakland

Monster Energy Supercross is still in California, this time at Oakland. Another technical track with a long sand section. 250 Heat 1 - Christian Craig grabs the holeshot, but there is a big pileup in the first turn that brings down Eli Tomac. Jessy Nelson takes the win from Tyla Rattray and Jason Anderson. Tomac makes his way from dead last back up to seventh. 250 Heat 2 - Ken Roczen takes out heat two from Zach Osborne and Martin Davalos. Good news for Aussie fans as both Josh Cachia and Kade Mosig make it through to the main. 250 Main Event - Joey Savatgy jumps out ahead, but by the end of the first lap Cole Seely and Ken Roczen are leading. Eli Tomac goes down on lap two. Ken Roczen makes his move on Seely in a tight right hander corner and holds it to the checkers. Cole Seely takes a second and Jason Anderson is third. Eli Tomac gets up gingerly after another crash and pulls out of the race. Josh Cachia and Kade Mosig finish 16th and 17th respectively. Feature Video - 450 Main Event Oakland Supercross 2013: |

450 Heat 1 - Justin Brayton gets the start, but Davi Millsaps gets him by the third corner. Davi Millsaps takes a nice win from Ryan Dungey and Trey Canard. 450 Heat 2 - Villopoto takes the win from James Stewart and Mike Alessi. Chad Reed got a bad start and had to make his way up to sixth.. Ryan Villopoto is looking fast and dangerous!450 Main Event - Ryan Villopoto is out front followed by Justin Brayton and Davi Millsaps. There's a big pileup on the second corner that involves Chad Reed, Josh Grant and James Stewart. Reed swaps the rear end left the right as he comes out of the first set of whoops and takes a bunch of riders out with him. Villopoto is out front and running away, now eight seconds ahead of Davi Millsaps who has moved into second. James Stewart has pulled out of the race as has Justin Barcia. Dungey moves up from seventh at the start to be in third, Trey Canard gets himself into fourth. Villopoto has a ten second lead. Villopoto takes his second win of the season, Millsaps maintains his series lead by finishing in second while Ryan Dungey gets some valuable points finishing third.
